Susman Godfrey 1L Summer Women and Minority Fellowship

From Susman Godfrey L.L.P.:

Susman Godfrey L.L.P.—the nation’s #1-ranked litigation boutique—is committed to
sustaining diverse trial teams of excellent lawyers. As part of that commitment, we’ve
created a two-week fellowship for 1-Ls in each of our five offices: Houston, Dallas, Los
Angeles, Seattle, and New York.

We are seeking diverse students who performed extremely well in their first semester
of law school, demonstrated excellence in their academic credentials and are interested in
learning firsthand about trial work at one of the nation’s preeminent litigation boutiques. We
encourage women, minorities, LGBTQ, and anyone from a group that is underrepresented
in today’s legal profession to apply.

Each scholarship recipient will spend two weeks doing substantive legal work with us and
getting exposure to our trial practice and will receive $5,000 upon the completion of the
program.

How to apply:
Please submit your application materials by February 28, 2013. We encourage you to submit your application materials as early as possible as we will be making offers on a rolling basis.
