have you been searching for a while and you’re getting frustrated with the job
search process? Do you need help getting
started or need some support and fresh ideas on how to re-energize your
search? Do you feel isolated and find it
difficult to discuss these issues with your family and friends? You are not
alone!
If you are a 3L who has not yet secured a permanent post
graduate job placement, join the 3L Job
Search Strategies Group. Lead by
UHLC career counselors, this strategies group will provide the tools and
helpful strategies on how to kick-start or recharge your job search. During these group sessions, we will discuss how
to research and target employers, get organized and start or revamp your
search, gain the right experience to attract your targeted employers, and maximize
your network and contacts. You will gain
support from others, learn from each other’s experiences, and identify ways to
make your search more productive.
The 3L Job Search Strategies Group will meet every other Monday, from 4PM to 5PM, on February 3
& 17 and March 3 & 17. To join,
