Passport to Success Diversity Initiative: Getting the Job

The Passport to Success Diversity Initiative program: Getting the Job, is a series of attorney panels focusing on legal employers’ insider’s tips on the three major areas of the job search process: resume and cover letter enhancement, interviewing and networking.  Attorneys from law firms, corporate legal departments, public interest organizations and government agencies and various practice areas will provide invaluable insight into the do’s and don’ts of maximizing opportunities to land the legal job of your dreams. Following the attorney panels, during the Networking in Practice luncheon, students will have the opportunity to practice the networking skills learned by interacting with attorneys in a “cocktail party” settings.  Attorneys will provide feedback to students to give them real tips on how to improve these skills. Participating students will be eligible for prizes at the end of the program.
