2Ls: Apprentice Program Information Session - Gain law firm experience and earn academic credit this summer.
The Apprentice
Program is an academic summer externship for current 2L UHLC students. The program dates are May 28th –
July 3rd, 2013. Students gain
valuable work experience with a local small firm, earn credit towards
graduation, and boost their resumes at the same time.
The Career
Development Office oversees the application process and assists students in
arranging placement at participating small firms. Professor Don Knight of Meyer, Knight &
Williams teaches the accompanying weekly class.
At the information
session, we will give you a handout about the program and will discuss how to
apply, how the selection process works, and the general timeline. Don Knight, Professor Bonadero, and Mona
Elchahal will be there to discuss the program and answer any questions you
might have.
